We turn down
  • Ponds and outdoor pond or koi work
  • Tanks we cannot keep on a reliable schedule, usually a matter of distance
  • Anything we have not seen in person. We do not quote a real number, or take the account, from photos and a phone call alone

A struggling tank is not a reason we turn you down.

Those often start with recovery work, then move into a normal cadence.
